Our journey started in 2017 when our founder, Janine Doherty, felt there was an opportunity for a consulting business who would actively listen, understand, and work with clients to achieve great outcomes. Since then, our services have supported both central and local government agencies, and private sector organisations in shaping their business to deliver improved value to their customers.

Over the years, our team has grown across the motu with two physical offices: Wellington | Te Whanganui-a-Tara and Nelson-Tasman | Whakatū. In building CoDigital, we have sought out like-minded leaders who are committed to our mission.

We use our collective strength and expertise to enable our clients to grow as digital leaders, empowering them to drive continuous improvement of their skills, practices, and solutions.
